It all started when Founder and CEO Charlene Broy realized that many SaaS products created for landlords were difficult to use and navigate. With a Master's degree in Digital Media Management and multiple degrees in science, she found the rental and real estate landscape surprisingly outdated and unfriendly for users.
If she had difficulty using these platforms, she knew the average mom-and-pop landlords were struggling even more. Recognizing a gap in the market, Charlene knew she could make a difference — not just for large property managers, but for everyday landlords looking for simple, effective solutions to manage their properties and build better tenant relationships.
This realization gave birth to the idea for a new platform, MrsGRents.com™️, offering free resources, including SaaS applications designed specifically for real estate professionals.
